Michelle was very successful in helping us sell our home this spring. From our first meeting, it was clear that she is committed, honest, and passionate in her work. She hired a wonderful photographer, wrote a great description of our home, and gave excellent advice for staging and organizing things for walk-throughs. After listing, she negotiated with two bidders to get us the best possible deal. When an issue arose with the contractors inspection, she worked very hard to try to keep our sale. I never thought that my realtor could have worked so hard and so diligently to transform my house to a home that buyers would make an offer on 72 hours after the property was launched on the MLS!!! Let me explain why I was so completely satisfied with Michelle as my realtor. First, Ms. Armbruster provided me with an organized plan for preparing the home for sale. She addressed the work that needed to be done for each room in the house and provided me with a timeline so that the house could be ready at the earliest date to take advantage of the earliest buyers at the beginning of the spring season. I am pleased to say that Michelle delivered on her promise. Second, there seemed to be no limit to her willingness to provide services that I needed desperately. For example, I was very shocked when Michelle allowed me to use her own personal truck many times to transport my furniture.
