Michelle Armbruster is a successful realtor who knows how important it is to be an effective team player. In order to make transactions close seamlessly, she works efficiently with her clients, as well as appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, mortgage loan officers, and government agencies. In addition to professionally advocating for her clients, she successfully applies skills learned through many years of non-profit involvement and administrative roles. She enjoys the variety of tasks critical to her role as a realtor, including working as a salesperson, advocate, analyst, business manager, consultant, negotiator, and more.

During transactions, Michelle's first priority is to keep her clients informed. She is pleasant to work with and eager to educate her clients. Her goal is to make the process of selling or purchasing a home as stress-free as possible. Michelle has many resources to share and is constantly making new connections in the community.
