First, Ms. Armbruster provided me with an organized plan for preparing the home for sale. She addressed the work that needed to be done for each room in the house and provided me with a timeline so that the house could be ready at the earliest date to take advantage of the earliest buyers at the beginning of the spring season. I am pleased to say that Michelle delivered on her promise. Second, there seemed to be no limit to her willingness to provide services that I needed desperately. For example, I was very shocked when Michelle allowed me to use her own personal truck many times to transport my furniture.
