A successful realtor must be an effective team player. In order to make transactions come together seamlessly, I need to efficiently work with appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, mortgage loan officers, and government agencies in addition to prospective buyers and sellers. My roles include salesperson, buyer’s advocate, analyst, business manager, consultant, negotiator, and marketer, just to name a few.
To manage these teammates and roles I wear many hats including problem solver, entrepreneur, educator, advisor who is attentive to details including the unique needs of my clients, market expert, and networker. On top of that I aim to be pleasant to work with and eager to join you on your journey to sell, buy, or both!
